Laboratory of Advanced Networking Technologies and Wireless Technologies
The Advanced Networking Technologies and Wireless Technologies Laboratory provides training from basic to advanced knowledge in building modern computer networks, as well as training in advanced techniques to ensure connectivity between networks as well as ensure transmission quality. The laboratory trains experts in the design, implementation, and configuration of LAN and WAN computer networks.
The laboratory is implemented to conduct training as part of the Cisco Network Academy, in particular: training at the level of CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), as well as in the field of network security (preparation for CCSP certification), IP telephony ( preparation for CCVP certification) and wireless technologies (preparation for CWNE certification), based on NETLab technology.
The laboratory is also a technical research base for the implementation of master’s and doctoral theses in computer networking.
Research and experiment functions:
- Computer network design
- Network traffic analysis and modeling
- Optimization of network protocols
- Research on the security of wired and wireless networks
