Laboratory of Biochemistry, Toxicology and Clinical Genetics is designed to perform a wide range of biochemical analyzes of biological material collected from patients (blood, serum, urine), plant extracts, food samples and samples obtained in experiments using cell cultures.
Serving Scientists:
Scientists have the opportunity to prepare plant extracts, perform their biochemical analysis, test the antioxidant properties of the prepared extracts, or test body fluids.
Serving Students:
UITM can use this laboratory to perform biochemical analysis of body fluids, determine the pH of tested substances or perform protein electrophoresis.
